{"id":176,"date":"2019-06-07T10:14:22","date_gmt":"2019-06-07T14:14:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recoverycenter.cl\/?p=176"},"modified":"2019-06-07T11:54:00","modified_gmt":"2019-06-07T15:54:00","slug":"entrenamiento-en-hipoxia-beneficios-sistemicos-evidentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recoverycenter.cl\/index.php\/2019\/06\/07\/entrenamiento-en-hipoxia-beneficios-sistemicos-evidentes\/","title":{"rendered":"ENTRENAMIENTO EN HIPOXIA, BENEFICIOS SISTEMICOS EVIDENTES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Primero que todo, el entrenamiento en Hipoxia es un complemento m\u00e1s para los entrenamientos realizados, ya sea para preparar un marat\u00f3n, una carrera por etapas o s\u00f3lo buscar la mejora de la condici\u00f3n (periodo base).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La clave del entrenamiento es con un enfoque personalizado, en cada deportista o individuo, realizando mediciones de variables tales como Frecuencia card\u00edaca, Lactato, Hemogramas, perfil lip\u00eddicos entre otras.  No se puede realizar un protocolo cuadrado de ritmos, inclinaciones, potencias para todos, ni tampoco someterlos a todos a una misma altura.
